Printed examination format

Time allowed: $2$ hours. Answer compulsory Section A ( $40$ marks) and any TWO Section B questions ( $30$ marks each). Required total: $100$ marks; $130$ marks are offered. The printed marks below are official question allocations. No official worked solutions or marking schemes were supplied. Every model solution, method-mark suggestion and exam strategy on this website is independently written teaching guidance.

Review an attempt

Mark incorrect decisions separately from arithmetic slips: wrong load factor, wrong support span, wrong restraint, wrong table, wrong units.
Use the detailed solution to find the first wrong line; redo everything downstream without copying.
